Paul Gallagher

Chief Executive

Paul has been involved with the business since it’s inception, guiding us through the IOMFSA licensing process and assuming the role of Chief Executive when the business commenced trading in 2021. Paul previously worked as a Scots-qualified solicitor with extensive experience in corporate administration, dispute resolution and commercial property. Previously serving as Group Legal Director for Scottish Capital, he also boasts an impressive eight-year career in private practice, latterly with a global offshore law firm in the Isle of Man.

Andrew Dawson

Director

Andrew joined Tandem Corporate Services in September 2023, bringing 30 years of experience in financial services, specifically in the fund and fiduciary sectors across a broad spectrum of structures, asset classes and jurisdictions. As a qualified accountant with extensive managerial expertise, Andrew combines a focus for nurturing client relationships with delivering pragmatic solutions. His commitment to ensuring a tailored client experience adds significant value to Tandem’s service offerings.

Mike Travers

Director

Mike joined Tandem Corporate Services when it was first founded in 2021 and he is also a Director at Conexus, an Isle of Man-based tax advisory firm established in 2017. Prior to this, he trained and then served as a Senior Manager at leading accountancy firms on the Isle of Man. With a wealth of experience, Mike specialises in working with and advising fiduciary firms on a variety of tax matters.

Gregory Jones

Consultant

Greg is an Isle of Man-based tax consultant, member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a qualified Barrister in England & Wales. Previously, Greg was a former Partner and Head of Tax at KPMG in the Isle of Man for 19 years. Joining Tandem in 2021, Greg brings expertise across all facets of taxation, encompassing personal and corporation taxation in both UK and Isle of Man jurisdictions; he specialises in private client matters such as capital taxation, trusts, residence, domicile and double tax treaties.
